  2. Music affects the viewer in some ways. One of the ways it that when something scary happens the music may make you jump or be scared. You my not know what made you scared but all you know is the music helped. Another thing is that you can watch a scary movie change the music and it will make the movie completely different.

  4. The music for the movies weren't so good. They could of at least made the trailers better and recuts should have way better music. So i think that the music shouldn't be there only the trailers so people will wanna watch it more.

  5. It gets them in the movie how they got to the beat and they love how the get in to the move.I think at the happy parts they have really good music.and at the bad parts barley any music or none at all.And at the happy parts they sing along to it.

  6. Well in a scary movie if there's scary background music you scared already and if there's happy go round music that makes you happy your not gonna be scared. In sad movies there's always depressing music to help set the mood. without the sad music you wouldn't be as sad muisc in thee flims we watch always play a big role because with out the mood would not be set so we would not be as affected.

    1. I agree with you because in scary movies there's always scary and it makes you think like something's going to pop out and scare you.

  7. It affects the mood and tension. If you change the music for something It will make it different, everything will change. I wonder why do they change the music to something it is not? Maybe to see what affects it has done to the movie.

  8. the music in the movies makes you know if somthing scary is going to happen or something sad going to happen. The music helps you know what going to happen next. or the music can also tell you what the movie might be about like in the it teailer the first one the music was loud and scary and in the second one the music was soft and happy and the movie wasn't about somthing bad it was something really good

  9. I think that music plays the roll of playing the right kind of music like if the people in the movie are happy, sad, scared, mad then they play music that will matched most of the characters emotions. i think that music in movies affect the people that are watching because if it is a scary movie then they play songs that are scary so it makes you more interested in the movie because it can make he movie better or make you more scared or if the movie has any emotion and they add music it is to make the movie better for the people watching it.

  10. I think that music changes the themes in movies because the music have different effects on every single person in the world because movies have scary, happy, sad, and even mysterious music that draws people in to watch the movies. That's what I think about music in movies.

  11. i think that the music really changes the movie because if the movie is scary then you cant get scared to a happy song. Also its just like you cant get happy to a sad song. If your watching a movie you shouldn't get scared if it is a happy song.so like if a jumpy part is coming up you cant get scared if there is no music. if you can get scared to a movie that has no music at the scary parts then you get scared really easy.

  12. Music affects the people that are watching the movie because if it is going to get scary it might be darker music, and when it get's happier that in might be happy music. But the dark music is supposed to make you scared. If you change the music it will make the whole movie different then the movie with the right music.

  13. In the first Marry Poppins the music is happy and then stays happy. In the second Marry Poppins it is supposed to scary. In the first one on it,it is supposed to be scary. In the second movie it is sad then it becomes happy.

  14. I think it depends on the type of music because if you have scary movies and scary music with a scary movie it’s going to scare you but if you have happy music with a happy movie it won’t. It all depends on what’s happening depending on what’s happening and how it’s happening. I’ve watched a few movies that did that. For example the hunger games, when there is music, imagine taking the music out of those scenes it wouldn't be as good as it would without it. Music makes a huge difference in them. Sometimes it’s a little more descriptive, but sometimes it’s not. It really just depends on the moment and what you’re watching. It also depends who it affects and how they think about things.

  15. It tells what mood that is happening and to make it jolly-go-lucky or scary. Also it helps tell what is happening. The mood helps like in Mary Poppins it helps with saying but not saying that it is a good time with singing and dancing, and helping people know that it is going to be all sad or mad or heck even glad. As well as helping you to tell when to smile/be happy or jump and be all scared and stuff like that. So that is why music is good to have when making a movie or a trailer.

  17. The role of music in movies is to help make you more scared when a scary scene comes on. To make you be more happy in a happy scene. To make you laff in a funny scene. To make you cry in a sad scene. To make you go ow in a scene when a character gets hert.

  18. Music plays the role to help you feel the movie and understand the movie. like Stephen kings movie IT, even if the music is scary or funny it changes the look of the movie to be scary or funny but it does not mean the movie is any different then it is the beginning with out the music the movie would be boring and no one would want to watch it so music plays a big role in the movies.

  19. Music plays an important part in movies because they tell you when something bad is going to happen or something good will happen. The music keeps you aware of what is happening. Music is important in almost every movie because if there was no music, then the movie would boring and very annoying without any sound. If you were watching a horror movie with sound, the music would create suspense and make you jump. If the horror movie didn't have sound, it wouldn't make you jump or be scared, it would just be plain. Yes, there are silent movies but they are boring. Sound makes you want to keep watching the movie and enjoy them.

  20. The music in movies does crazy things with movies. Especially in horror movies. In lots of movies you put a happy song with a happy scene and you are suddenly happy. With horror movies the music can make you jump. Without it, it would look really boring and wouldn't be scary what so ever. You can change music and it would make it different. Like the clips we watched with marry Poppins. The movie is happy and you change the music to that you get a scary movie. Music does a lot for a movie.

  21. I think that when they are makeing a scary movie like IT they are trying to make it scary then they make a non scary version that lookes rilly dumb and makeing no good parts in the movie and I think it is all in the music to becuase if it has a horror them it makes them rilly whant to see it and if it has a non scary song they think it will be for kids.

  22. I never really saw how music makes the feelings of the movie really come out. We saw how music can make a scary movie happy or a happy movie scary.Maybe we need music in movies to really know what the feelings are.Like i know if i am watching a scary movie and it has scary music it makes me more scared with it then without .Sometimes for me the music it scarier then the movie for me.but if it is a sad movie and it has sad music i would be more likely to cry then without the music.

  23. I think the music in the movies represents how the feeling in the movies going to be like say without the music it would have no feeling and that would mean you could add any music you want in there to add feeling. I think every movie really should have music and pretty much every movie does except silent movies.

  24. The music changes the way people feel about the movie. If the movie start to get low and scary something bad will happen. If the sound of a scary movie was off the movie will be all cheesy. This is way i like the sound when it a scary movie.I will be mad if the movie the conjuring had no scary sounds

  27. The music in movies effects the movie by making the movie become more suspenseful, scared, sad, or mad. Also it can be the same scene but only with different music and it could have totally different toll on someone. It can also have no music and be totally boring but with music it can have more suspenseful.

    ReplyDelete
  28. The music can effect the way we look at it. Still if you show a blood thirsty clown with happy music it would not matter. i would still be scared by it. So if your watching something happy while listening to weird music you would think it some thing would happen.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I think the music can change the movie.to scary or happy funny and more But it has to be the right kind of music to go along with it. or it would sound dumb

    ReplyDelete
  30. the music in movies effects can make the movie sad, scary and happy. They can have the same scene but the music is different it can be sad, scary or happy. If their was no music it would be kind of boring. The music makes it cooler.

  31. they make it sad or mad or scary they try to trick you to see it even the movie is scary they make it sad to make you spend your money

  32. I think music makes the whole movie, like in scary movies. If there wasn't any music it wouldn't even be scary. Because the music goes really good with some of the scary movies like if they play it at the right moment. Also it brings the movie together, if the endings going to be happy play happy music.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I think it changes that if it is scary and they change scary music to not scary music.

    ReplyDelete
  34. The music can change the whole thriller of a movie. They try to make the music match some of the parts of the movie so it can look sad, bad, scary or happy. It even try to play with your emotions.

    ReplyDelete
  35. when the movies music changed it was less serious than it is if its the real videos music.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Music affects movies how well music can determine ether or not something is going to happen or if something good is going to happen. It builds suspense letting you know that something big is about to occur. Music can also tell a story in the movie especially if its a long movie.

    ReplyDelete
  37. The music can change how scary happy or sad a music video is. a scary movie can be a happy movie sad happy you know.

    ReplyDelete
  38. If they have a music that is scary some people might come in see like kids or teens cause the grown ups sometimes get scared of the movies. But if you put in a sad or helping music it might be interesting to watch so the people are going to see the movie.

    ReplyDelete
  39. i think that the movie depends on the music to set the mood and crate good or bad emotions of the viewer. And if the music is confusing for the movie the viewer will not take that to well because of the music.that why the music is suppose to go with the movie and not confuse the viewer!

    ReplyDelete
  40. The music in movies changes how you feel about the movie because heavy music makes it sound scary.Violins make it sound not so bad for scary movies.this it what I think.

    ReplyDelete
  41. The music effects the movie becuase you can put scary music in a non scary movie and you can put non scary music in a scary movie and the movies will seem different and it will change the way people see movies. You can also take the music away and the movie will be boring and you wont want to watch but when you add music it changes the movie to scary or funny

    ReplyDelete
  42. what i think is that the music can make a movie good not good or sad it all dampens on what the music if it loud it scary if it light then the movie is good.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Music affects because it changes moods. Like if the music is soft and nice then people are going to think it is going to be a nice movie. If the music is questionable and what's going to happened and it leaves you kinda scared.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Music in movies add the suspense, it creates emotion! The music helps draw the acting together. Without music the scenes are dull feeling! They don't feel so dramatic. The music is what makes the piece feel alive! It adds the sad, happy, or mad. Music is very important in a movie it pull it all together!

    ReplyDelete
  45. The music in the movie makes it more not sad or scary. Then when it don't have music when they just have people talk threw the whole trailer.also they make it different by scenes even though it is showing the same trailer.

    ReplyDelete
  46. The music in movies is every thing like when the scary music goes on you know that something bad is going to happen. Also it makes the movie come to life and it just ties it together.

  47. I think music makes the whole movie, if there wasn't any music it wouldn't even be scary. The music goes really good with some of the scary movies if they play it at the right moment. If there wasn't any music it would be boring because music makes it sound good.

  48. I believe the music in media affects the theme of the media because it shows what the theme is all about.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I believe that music can dictate the movement of a movie or video, by movement i mean, how it express it self while being played

    ReplyDelete
  50. I think that music has a lot to affect on movies like if the movie is scary, then you want the music to be scary. If its happy you want is to be happy. Plus music has a major role like if there wasn't scary or cherry music the whole movie wouldn't be the same.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I believe that music is kind of the backbone of movies because it helps the watcher understand the movie theme. You put in uplifting happy music, its a family movie. You put in scary sad music and the movie is now a horror film.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I believe that the music that are in movies are very important. It sets how you see the movie. Like if you were to watch a two trailers, like we did, did you notice how different the two movies seemed? The music in movies kind of gives you an idea of what the movie is going to be about.

    ReplyDelete
  53. The part that music plays in movie's is a big one. I think that without out music some movies wold not be suspense full or exciting. Like I mean in the examples of the the movie "IT" they all looked the same. But the music make "IT" look evil then in a different one it makes him look like a super hero clown. So do you see what im trying to say about music's part in films?

    ReplyDelete
  54. The music plays a big part in movies. For instance in a scary movie if there wasn't the depressing scary movie in the background it wouldn't get you scared and want to jump. In a family movie when they have the loving harmonic music you feel like its a love story and its cute not if someones about to pop out and scare you.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I think music in movies are important. In scary movies, the music makes them. If there wasn't any music or sound effects, the would be a lot more boring and less scary. And in happy movies, it there wasn't happy music, you wouldn't feel how happy they are.

  56. Music Changes The Way That People Interpret The Media, Because Creepy Music Can Scare People But Happy Music Applied To A Horrible Horrible Thing Makes Is Cheery, (Just Like FIW,)

    ReplyDelete
  57. I think music is an important part of the seen. The music tells you whether you are suppose to fell good or scared. It could make the world worst movie great. It made Autumn want to see IT, until we told her it was evil. That is how music affects the moment.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I think the role music plays in movies is to set the mood. In Mary Poppins, I know is a very happy movie. With the recut it somehow made it look scary. It was just because of the music. Someone could take Elves in Happyland and use horror music to make it look scary just by changing the background music. ~Note: Elves in Happyland is NOT a real movie.

    ReplyDelete
  59. The music in a movie can change the feel of EVERYTHING! If the music was slow and melancholy you could tell it would be a sad scene, if the music starts getting dramatic and suspenseful you can tell something big and exiting is about to happen, music just sets the scene.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I believe that music can cause impressions on people. In It the family friendly version the clown is just looking around seeing children and others. The music being slow paced and dramatic can be scary and get your heart moving fast. Jump scares tend to have fast music. The pace of music causes impressions about the media.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I think that music plays a very important role in movies. It gives that extra touch to a scene. It really gives you the feel of what is going on. We also know certain styles of music or certain sounds to be in certain scenes/genres. Without that, you won’t always understand the scene’s feel.
